Taking Magnesium Citrate Supplements
We often find magnesium in food, but many of us don’t get a sufficient intake with diet alone. When supplementing, it is available as magnesium citrate powder, magnesium citrate capsules and even magnesium citrate liquid. So, there are plenty of options available to suit any lifestyle or preference. Doses are taken once daily and should not exceed the dose outlined in manufacturer’s instructions or agreed with your GP.
