This formula offers a combination of researched nutrients combined with traditional herbal medicine, that promotes a calming effect during occasional stress, nervous tension, and hormonal irritability. It contains GABA, the main inhibitory neurotransmitter in the nervous system. It also offers vitamin B6, to facilitate the production of GABA in the brain, and includes some traditional herbal tonics for the nervous system like passionflower, skullcap and oats. It contributes to facilitate relaxation and lower anxious moods.

Suggested use is 2 capsules one or two times per day.
