A convenient oral spray providing optimal levels of the sunshine vitamin D3 with vitamin K2. Vitamin D3 is known to be the most bio-effective form of vitamin D with optimal levels of activity compared to vitamin D2. Normally vitamin D3 is not vegan, but this one is suitable as it’s a plant form, sourced from lichen. Vitamin K2 is provided as menaquinone (MK-7), the highly bioavailable, well-absorbed form of vitamin K.
