Vitamin D is recommended to be taken by everybody during the winter months when exposure to sunshine is not possible. Reduced levels can lead to problems with calcium absorption and also be detrimental for the immune system. Vitamin D regulates immune cells and can be helpful in autoimmune conditions. The addition of vitamin K2 ensures that calcium is absorbed into the bones rather than being transported to soft tissues in the body.

Suggested use is 5 drops daily.
