This product contains three key herbs: Terminalia chebula (Haritaki), Terminalia berlerica (Bahera) and Emblica officinalis (AMLAOXY®). Terminalia chebula contains, amongst other things, beta-sitosterol which is a type of plant sterol and may help to contribute to normal cholesterol levels in the blood. Emblica offinalis supports the immune system.
