We recommend you take your 3 daily capsules after food, ideally over the course of the day. It is possible to take all three daily capsules at once, however we suggest this only if you are not usually sensitive to supplements as the dose of CoQ10 can occasionally cause mild nausea. If that is your experience then please take the three daily capsules over the course of the day instead.

Please remember that routine is key with supplements. While missing a day or two won’t have a big impact, taking it consistently will ensure the best possible results.
