These peppermint oil softgels contain naturally occurring menthol, the potent compound that has been traditionally used to relieve stomach upset, calm digestion and support overall health. It can have anti inflammatory properties and help ease symptoms of IBS and cramping by helping the gut wall to relax. The softgels are coated so that they can survive the acidic stomach environment and release their contents lower in the digestive tract for more effectiveness.

Suggested use is 1-2 softgels 1 to 3 times daily before meals.
