A child’s microbiome closely resembles that of an adult but with much smaller amounts of the same type of healthy bacteria. A supplement requires the appropriate strength for it to be beneficial for children. Increasing the diversity of different strains can benefit digestion and nutritional status. A healthy flora also supports a healthy digestive system, given that 70% of the immune cells are housed in the gut. The strains of probiotics included in this formula can also be helpful after a course of antibiotics, to help restore gut balance.

Suggested use is 1-2 capsules with a meal.

Warnings:

• For heavy meals: consume an additional capsule during the meal.
