All the nutrients are provided in gentle, and most absorbable forms such as methylfolate (active folic acid) and methylcobalamin (active vitamin B12). 

This hypoallergenic liquid is free from artificial flavourings and colours. Simply drop onto or under the tongue, or mix into food or drink if preferred. The natural, unsweetened flavour of these drops is best paired with stronger-tasting foods or beverages, such as bolognese (add after cooking) or mixed into juice.
