This natural formula by Vitanica can help relieve occasional headaches and tension headaches. It is a gentle combination of natural botanicals and micronutrients that can provide support to the brain chemistry. It can have anti-inflammatory properties to help relief pain. Magnesium is offered because deficiency may be the reason for tension-type headaches and mild migraines. Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) has been researched for its beneficial effect on duration and intensity of headaches.
