The liquid diet protein shake includes an extensive array of free-form amino acids (over 1000 mg L-Glutamine per serving!), with a superior vitamin and mineral profile (including trace minerals). There are approximately 10 servings per jar - sometimes a little bit more, sometimes a little bit less as Absorb Plus is packed by weight and there can be some settling during shipping and storage. Start with half a serving and build up gradually, allowing your body time to adjust to this unique (elemental) food source.

Pour 1 cup (8 ounces) of cold water* into a blender, then add:

• 1 tsp. - 1 tbsp. organic flax, MCT, or Udo's Oil (as much as you can tolerate)
• 4 level scoops Absorb Plus
• Whip on low speed for 10 to 15 seconds
• Pour into a glass over ice and drink slowly.

*Use cold or room temperature water (spring or filtered recommended). Do not use hot water. You can use liquids other than water (raw milk, almond milk, rice milk) but then the shake will no longer be elemental.
