Saw Palmetto + Stinging Nettle Complex synergistically combines saw palmetto, zinc, and a blend of antioxidants like pomegranate extract and resveratrol to support prostate and urinary health in men, and help to maintain hormonal balance in women.

Saw palmetto may reduce the breakdown of testosterone into its by-product, dihydrotestosterone (DHT). DHT is a more powerful form of testosterone, which can cause prostate growth in men, and in turn affect urinary function.

Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is a condition where testosterone levels can be raised, and contribute to symptoms including excess facial and body hair, acne, irregular periods, and hair loss.
