STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

All of our mushroom extracts are very hygroscopic (they absorb moisture out of the air very easily). Therefore, to ensure they remain as a powder and do not clump, store them in a non humid environment and re-apply the lid shortly after using. As with all our products, our goal is to provide the purist form possible and therefore chose not to mix fibres or maltodextrin with the mushrooms that are often used to prevent the powder clumping.

HOW TO USE

Take 0.5-1 gram (1 teaspoon is roughly 1 gram) per day. Mix with hot water to make tea, blend into coffee / smoothies or add to meals.

WHEN TO USE

Can be taken at any point throughout the day. Personally we like to make it into a tea every evening to help our bodies relax ready for bed.
